Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to festival attendees and shoppers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Promote Watsons' products, special offers, and loyalty programs during festival events.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak festival periods.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling festival booths or promotional displays as needed.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
