Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Provide professional advice on health and beauty product recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle inventory replenishment and conduct regular stock checks.
- Actively promote special festival campaigns and loyalty programs to shoppers.
- Maintain high levels of visual merchandising standards as per corporate guidelines.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and energetic personality.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as restocking.
