Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements in alignment with Australian time zones.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with professionalism, ensuring clarity and adherence to Australian business etiquette.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating smooth and efficient communication.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of critical documents and information.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes for the executive team.
- Provide administrative support for virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting Australian or international clients.
- Strong familiarity with Australian business culture, communication styles, and professional expectations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
