Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients in the A&E department under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
- Assist in triage, patient assessment, and initial treatment procedures in emergency situations.
- Administer medications, dress wounds, and perform basic medical procedures as directed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification).
- Valid nursing license or registration (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency or acute care settings.
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
