Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering consistent, high-quality support.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product/service updates to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
