Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist clients with property insurance inquiries.
- Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide clear and concise information on policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Educate clients on risk management and available insurance products.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores).
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide compliant advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in property insurance or claims processing is highly advantageous.
