Responsibility
- Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, or chat for healthcare-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with medical product information, insurance verification, and claim processing.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals accurately.
- Document all customer interactions detailed and securely in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, healthcare regulations, and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Allied Sciences (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, etc.).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior call center experience required!
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
- Empathy and patience when handling sensitive healthcare inquiries.
