Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
  • Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-merchandised.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Promote Watsons loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, especially new launches in health, beauty, and personal care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior retail experience required—full training provided!
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 10 kg).
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
