Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and information.

- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
