Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-merchandised.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting low stock levels.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, health/safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
