Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
  • Assist with promotional activities, including setting up displays and informing customers about ongoing offers.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
