Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Assist with promotional activities, including setting up displays and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
