Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting shoppers and addressing their needs with professionalism.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on health, beauty, and wellness items.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with empathy and resolve issues in line with Watsons’ service standards.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking merchandise, and reporting low supplies.
- Promote loyalty programs and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and boost store performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
