Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance sales.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise, ensuring proper storage and display.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
