Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking new stock.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
