Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers, assisting with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in visual merchandising to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
