Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, assisting with inquiries and product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting low stock levels to the store manager.
  • Promote Watsons’ loyalty programs and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
