Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, assisting with inquiries and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed and easily accessible to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting low stock levels to the store manager.
- Promote Watsons’ loyalty programs and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
