Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Take and prepare orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.
- Assist in food preparation and packaging according to company guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation through professional conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
