Responsibility
- Deliver and sell ready-to-drink coffee and Sunsquish products to customers across designated locations in Bali.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Provide daily sales reports, including revenue, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mobile unit, equipment, and surrounding work area to uphold brand standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting products and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling the mobile unit at the start and end of each shift.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and customer service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; current students are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and digital transactions.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment or stock as needed.
- Ownership of a scooter or motorcycle with a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
