Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
