Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the storeâs back-of-house area, including receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring all items are properly tagged, priced, and ready for sale.
- Support the visual merchandising team by preparing and organizing products for displays, ensuring Coachâs brand standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless customer service, including restocking shelves and fulfilling online orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and report findings to the management team.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of store promotions, sales events, and seasonal transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe back-of-house environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide support during peak hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or back-of-house operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and adhering to brand standards.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or products weighing up to 15 kg.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to support store operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
