Responsibility
- Verify and confirm the accuracy of signage installation locations in assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively with store owners and managers to coordinate installation schedules and requirements.
- Collect and document site information, including measurements, photos, and any potential obstacles.
- Support installation teams by providing on-site assistance and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the condition of installed signage and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all site visits, communications, and installation activities.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving installation procedures and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in administration or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with store owners and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations or signage installation is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the assigned areas in Bali.
