As a key member of our transport and logistics division, you will manage daily delivery routes, handle parcel scanning, and provide excellent service to our local community. Responsibility
- Efficiently plan and navigate delivery routes within Pontian and surrounding areas to ensure timely arrival.
- Load and unload parcels from delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage.
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle/motorcycle inspections to ensure safety and operational standards.
- Accurately scan parcels using our mobile logistics system for real-time tracking.
- Collect proof of delivery or signatures as required by company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during parcel handovers.
- Report any delivery discrepancies or vehicle maintenance issues to the logistics supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Malaysian motorcycle license (B2) or vehicle license (D/GDL) with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the geography and road networks in Pontian and Johor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to strict delivery schedules.
- Strong commitment to road safety and local traffic regulations.
- Basic smartphone literacy for using delivery navigation and tracking applications.
- Physical stamina to handle parcel loading and movement throughout the day.
- Good communication skills in Malay and basic English.
- Experience in courier services, food delivery, or logistics is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
