Responsibility
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, contracts, and case correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital legal files to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage case timelines and deadlines.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company remains informed and compliant.
- Prepare summaries and briefs on complex legal topics for senior staff review.
- Support general office administrative tasks as they pertain to legal department workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical, research, and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client and company confidentiality.
- High level of organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
