Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for crafting high-impact paid media campaigns? VA Masters is seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our remote team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you’ll develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI for our clients.

As part of our growing marketing team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives. Whether you’re refining audience targeting, A/B testing ad creatives, or analyzing performance metrics, your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our campaigns.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok to achieve KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting and reduce wasted spend.
  • Create and A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives based on real-time data.
  • Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all paid channels.
  • Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring campaigns remain within budget while maximizing ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in paid media management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for crafting compelling ad copies and visuals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a bonus.
