Responsibility
- Update and maintain sales pipelines in Excel/database, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and deal progression.
- Research and identify potential clients in the farming/agricultural sector through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, industry directories).
- Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate new business opportunities.
- Assist in lead qualification by assessing client needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of digital sales strategies, including CRM optimization and automation tools.
- Attend industry events (virtual or in-person) to network and represent the company.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with databases.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or lead tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms) is advantageous.
- Passion for agriculture, sustainability, or B2B sales is a strong plus.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3 months).
