Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the padel facility, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership, bookings, and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of court maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Organize and promote padel events, tournaments, and social activities to engage the community.
- Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and expense management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports facility management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for padel or racket sports, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Proficiency in using management software, booking systems, and basic financial tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
