Responsibility
- Supervise daily packaging and production operations to ensure targets are met within specified deadlines.
- Oversee CNC programming tasks using Mastercam for complex 4-axis and 5-axis machining components.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict quality control protocols to ensure all finished products meet precision engineering specifications.
- Train and mentor junior operators on machine handling, safety standards, and operational workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive production records and reporting for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance and upkeep.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment.
- Proficiency in Mastercam software and experience with 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Deep understanding of workplace safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English to interface effectively across departments.
