Responsibility
- Manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including requisition, sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify new vendors and assess their reliability and competitiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement transactions and vendor communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven track record in negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data, market trends, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of P2P processes, procurement best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
