Responsibility
- Represent the Owala brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at retail locations, events, and pop-up activations across Bali.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate Owala products, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Create memorable and interactive experiences that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of Owala products to potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display to attract and retain customer interest.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions, to ensure accurate and compelling customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the consumer products or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event and retail schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other local dialects) are a plus.
