Join Titanicom Tech Limited as an Overseas Data Center Facility Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational excellence of our data centers in Bali. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and a strong technical background to ensure seamless operations in accordance with Alibaba Cloud standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a 5*8 shift environment, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for our critical infrastructure.

Responsibility
- Perform 5*8 shift duties in accordance with Alibaba Cloud operational standards.
- Monitor and respond to work orders, alarms, and emergency incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of data center equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all activities and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power, and networking systems.
- Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies outside of regular hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
