Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on outlet equipment, including POS systems, lighting, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the outlet management team to address technical needs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide technical support and training to outlet staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all technical operations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using diagnostic tools.
