Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize costs, and enhance profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and attract new customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in operations or outlet management within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relations.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
