Responsibility
- Lead and manage outlet operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.
- Train, mentor, and develop outlet staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the outlet.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, enhancing brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays.
