Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of service and sales performance.
- Drive sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met, creating an appealing and organized retail environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in daily store operations, including cashier duties, opening/closing procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Leadership abilities with experience in training or supervising team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
