Responsibility
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on health, beauty, and wellness products to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting Watsons products and services effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and engaging work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a background in health, beauty, or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales transactions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
