Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of baristas, retail staff, and support personnel to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily cafe and retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet monthly targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in both cafe and retail sections.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to uphold brand standards and improve performance.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and other KPIs to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe, retail, or F&B management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, POS systems, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Passion for customer service, team development, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Bali’s hospitality and retail sectors.
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
