Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the development of new retail outlets from site acquisition to grand opening.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with design and brand standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for outlet construction and operation.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to store launch.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, retail development, or construction supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of retail outlet development processes, including site selection, design, and fit-out.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
