Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all walk-in customers.
- Handle POS transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the outlet display counters.
- Ensure products are well-stocked and rotated according to freshness standards.
- Assist in daily opening and closing store procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback with a professional attitude.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
