Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/digital transactions accurately.
- Ensure bakery products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly.
- Maintain a high standard of outlet cleanliness and food hygiene protocols.
- Assist in basic product preparation and packaging as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English.
- Previous experience in retail or the food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Must be able to commute comfortably to Mount Austin or Setia Indah area.
