Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store and online customer service, guiding clients in selecting the perfect outdoor gear and apparel.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure all payments are handled securely.
- Coordinate customer orders, including tracking shipments, managing returns, and resolving any fulfillment issues.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and conducting regular audits to maintain accurate records.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage to enhance their outdoor experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing product displays that drive sales and reflect our brand’s adventurous spirit.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor or sports equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales targets.
- Passion for outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, surfing, camping) and knowledge of related gear is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are beneficial.
