Responsibility
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective B2B clients to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads through targeted research and discovery calls, understanding client needs and pain points.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of Infinit-O's services to potential clients effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong resilience, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively during a night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the BPO or IT services industry is a plus.
