Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or contact center roles (preferably in retail or consumer products).
- Strong public communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
