Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage outbound travel operations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and airlines to negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to bookings, itineraries, or service delivery in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, client preferences, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and local vendor networks is highly advantageous.
