Responsibility
- Engage with warm leads to introduce products, services, or promotions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Verify customer eligibility for offers and guide them through the sales process to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, strategies, and upsell techniques for optimal performance.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM systems for accurate reporting.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data entry).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different customer personalities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales is advantageous but not mandatory.
