Responsibility

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely account resolution.
  • Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize financial losses for the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze customer payment histories and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on collection activities, success rates, and outstanding balances.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements related to debt collection.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
