Responsibility
- Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely account resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize financial losses for the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze customer payment histories and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
- Prepare and submit reports on collection activities, success rates, and outstanding balances.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements related to debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
