Responsibility
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across different departments to identify operational gaps.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to monitor productivity and service standards.
- Coordinate with management to design strategies that improve workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics in alignment with company objectives.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new operational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance management, operations, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
