Responsibility
- Accurately pick and scan customer orders from warehouse inventory using handheld devices or pick lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection of goods.
- Verify order accuracy by matching items against order details to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) as needed to transport goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (up to 20-25 kg) repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read order lists and use scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
