Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product quantities, conditions, and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and streamline fulfillment processes.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 20-25 kg repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
