Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the Europe region.
- Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline order workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) with precise data entry and real-time information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
- Generate and analyze reports on order volumes, lead times, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance order accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, and trade compliance is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume orders and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
