Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays proactively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on order progress.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Participate in monthly rotating standby shifts (weekends/public holidays) to support 24/7 operations.
- Generate reports on order trends, delays, and performance metrics.
- Assist in improving order management processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order management, administrative support, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and order management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including standby shifts during weekends/public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work setup is a plus.
